Licensed crypto exchange desks and ATMs cluster in Business Bay, DIFC, and Downtown — all within a 15–20 minute drive of Riviera given its MBR City location. That's close enough to treat as routine rather than a special trip, which is the main practical point: you don't need to be based in DIFC to have convenient access to it.
